We signed the listing agreement on Wednesday evening, you listed the house on Thursday and we signed a full price contract on Monday. Again, what a ride!

If you want a realtor who holds your hand and tells you what you want to hear which is that your house will sell immediately at what YOU think it's worth, then Rainelle is not your gal. Rainelle does her listing homework thoroughly, is up to date on the fiscal nuances of the market, and presents in a format understandable even to the lay seller. When you are ready to get Realtor presentations, I highly recommend Rainelle Mishoe with Intracoastal. While Rainelle has been a friend for many years, I recently had the chance to work with her for the first time on a professional basis when I sold my mother's home here in Wilmington.
In the upfront phase last January/February, Rainelle provided a very through analysis of the then current market which allowed my brother and I to come to a price decision. She offered (and I took her up on it) to make arrangements for me to see some of the closely competing comparables. With the help of her assistant, she gave us both guidance and hands-on help in staging the house in a way to show it at its best.
