Rainelle Mishoe has always called “North Carolina Home?”
Born and raised in Burlington, NC, Rainelle has lived from the mountains to the sea and has made Wilmington, NC, her home since 1981. She earned her BA in English at NC State University and retired from teaching high school English at Hoggard High School.
Having a decorator’s eye resulted in working in the home furnishing industry and owning her business at the beach for several years before beginning her real estate career.

Family and Community
Family and community are important to Rainelle Mishoe. Married to Harmon, they have one daughter, Jessica, and a “fur child” Divot. Golf is a major part of Rainelle’s life, as she is a member of several golf leagues and is a former Ladies’ Club Champion at the Country Club of Landfall. She is a member of the Landfall Ladies Golf Association, Executive Women’s Golf Association, Old North State Golf Association, Three R’s Golf Association.
Rainelle’s community commitment is evident by her involvement with the Wolfpack Club, the Park Scholarship Committee, the Willie Stargell Golf Tournament, the COA of Landfall, her book club, RED, and the CCL Ladies’ Golf Association.

Justin Lamott
Justin Lamott, our right hand guy, is Rainelle’s assistant and he hails from the Outer Banks of NC. A 2007 graduate of UNC-Wilmington, Justin has recently earned his real estate Broker’s Associate license.
Learning more about the real estate business on a daily basis, surfing, and juggling two jobs take most of Justin’s time, but he is definitely a man about town!!
